Cursed text is normal Unicode wearing a disguise. Every letter in the alphabet has its own Unicode code point” but Unicode also defines thousands of combining characters: marks that attach above, below, or through a base letter without moving to the next character position. Stack enough of them onto a single letter and it starts to overflow its line, bleed into adjacent text, and look genuinely broken.
